Medical treatment is stressful. Your companion provides emotional reassurance and keeps your family back home informed.
24/7 Availability

What is a Patient Care Companion?
A Patient Care Companion is a trained BMTA professional assigned exclusively to you for the duration of your medical stay. They are fluent in French and/or English, familiar with the hospital system, and experienced in supporting African patients through the emotional and logistical challenges of medical travel.
They attend appointments with you, communicate with your family daily, accompany you to examinations, help with meals and mobility, and provide emotional support throughout your journey. Think of them as a trusted friend with medical expertise and local knowledge.
